Having the Starbucks next to the elevators was a life saver and no issue if you get in early - otherwise you will wait on a pretty long line if you go later in the morning. Very happy with the service in getting the issue taken care of. We did have an issue with rain water coming into our room which was taken care of by the front desk with a quick room change. First time staying at the Luxor and enjoyed our time.
